Make and air your own Public Access TV show!

Charter Communications operates designated community access channels within our video service areas that provide local residents with public access television opportunities. In Connecticut Charter Spectrum channel 192 is the designated public access channel. The Newtown Studio services the 14-town service area in Western CT. The North Windham Studio services the 16-town area in Northeastern CT. The Winsted Studio services the 6-town area in Northwestern CT. Within each designated service area, local residents have the opportunity to produce and cablecast non-commercial programming.
